As you have already seen, after working with us for a while, using our RTB, that after pressing balance, one balance (in the top right corner) is showing that you have already earned and another one (in the middle) shows 0$.

One in the top right corner shows expected payouts and one in the middle shows how much we have already received from ad networks and that's exactly how much you will get in upcoming payment period (on 10th and 25th each month).

Don't worry, in 99% percent cases what you have in Balance(expected payouts) will be paid to you.

Let us explain why you might not get payments within the payment period. The matter is each ad network has different payment terms.

Here is the list of current RTB ad networks with their terms:

  1. AdCash - Net30, monthly
  2. AdSupply - Net30, monthly
  3. Adsterra - Net15, bi-weekly
  4. Adservme - Net7, monthly
  5. Adtelligent - Net0, bi-weekly
  6. AdventureFeeds - Net0, monthly
  7. Bidvertiser - by request
  8. Clickadu - Net7, weekly
  9. Clickaine - by request
  10. Doublepimp - Net30, monthly
  11. Gadsbee - Net7, monthly
  12. HilltopAds - Net7, weekly
  13. Ibizads - Net7, monthly
  14. Mojoo - Net15, monthly
  15. Plugrush - by request
  16. ShowCaseAd - Net14, monthly
  17. SingLead - Net7, bi-weekly
  18. TrafficStars - Net7, weekly

That means if you've started working with AdSpyglass in the middle of the month, let's say on August 15th, you will get your first payment from the Adnetwork with payment term:

  • bi weekly - on September 20th

- Net30 - October 20th
- Net45 - November 5th

We need to mention that there are some factors that can affect on the timing of payments such as technical issues, investigation of the reason of statistic discrepancy between ad network and our system, vacation of the responsible person from the end of ad network (in case if payment process is not automated) and etc. but we do our best to decrease the probability of these factors.
