Pre-install browser extensions (Link Redirect Trace / Redirect Path) to track the Link URLs path so that you can see not only the offer link itself but Ad Network/Advertiser ad zone link as well:
Make sure to keep the ad page URL opened so the redirect path can be captured.
Open Redirect Path tool while being on the ad page link and find your AdSpyglass ad spot id. You will see Ad Network/Advertiser link right after it:
Find creative within your AdSpyglass member zone by Ad Network ad zone ID (for instance 144293 as shown above):

The easiest way to track Vast ad, would be via DevTools Console:
Make sure you know ad spot ID to search for it via DevTools Console. For example, ad spot 108186:
If Ad Preload enabled, You will see a few Ad Ids within Response and the last one will be the one that was just shown to you:
