For some types of payments, our accountant team and bank require W-8/W-9 forms from our clients.

What is a W-8BEN-E?

This is the standard form from the US government to establish a claim of tax treaty benefits under the Internal Revenue Code.

Although filling out Form W-8BEN-E may be a tedious task, it is necessary to proceed with payment to you.

How Do I Fill Out Form W-8BEN-E?

Special terms:

TIN - Tax Identification Number

FTIN - Foregn Tax Identification Number

FFI -Foreign Financial Institutions

NFFE - Non-financial foreign entity

GIIN - Global International Identity Number

FATCA - Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
