We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience with our Marketplace. Therefore, if you were refused inclusion in the Marketplace, we understand how this can be frustrating. We want to provide you with some possible reasons for the refusal, so you can understand why:
Traffic Low quality
We are interested in including Marketplace only for websites with quality traffic. It's important to note that quality is subjective, but we have certain metrics in place to determine if a site meets our standards. Our Brand Safety Team, diligently ensures that the traffic and sites are thoroughly checked and that your site aligns with our superior quality criteria. The team analyzes user behavior on the website, checks how natural it is, and determines whether the traffic comes from bots or not. How to fix this: check your traffic sources.
The check also includes verification of the site and ref for prohibited keywords, verification of the site and ref for compliance with Stream (Adult vs Mainstream), and verification of the relevance of the content.
Referrer mismatch between verified sites and actual
We only accept traffic from verified websites, if you send traffic from other referrers, such traffic will not be counted. To fix this error, you need to verify the website you're planning to use. You can read about how to do this here.
Prohibited content
Additionally, we have strict policies in place against prohibited content. As a publisher, it's your responsibility to ensure that your content is appropriate and does not contain any prohibited content, such as:
Exploitation and sexualization of minors;
High-risk investments, rapid enrichment schemes, and financial pyramids;
Promoting illegal activities;

Knowingly false information;
